On October 26, 2020 ALP Construction will begin the dry rot repairs. You will have a 24-hour notice posted on your garage door before they work on your unit.
To ensure the construction work moves along smoothly, please make sure the following items are taken care of before they start work on your unit:
Remove all personal belongings, breakables from interior walls adjacent to exterior walls that are being worked on.
Clear all plant material in your enclosed patio away from exterior walls.
Remove any personal belongings from exterior walls.
Ensure your pets with exterior access are relocated and/or contained during work hours & painting for their safety.
